About us
TrialScheduleTM was designed by a trial litigator. Attorney Timothy Young, who has practiced maritime and personal injury
law for 15 years, designed the program. Like many busy litigators, he was always
hurrying and worrying to keep up with Federal and state deadlines. He spent
hours trying to create a TrialSchedule type chart using other more complicated
programs, only to become frustrated by the long complicated learning curve. Mr.
Young designed TrialSchedule to solve this problem.
